After placing an order, when can I expect delivery?
4-8 weeks from the date of the order acceptance and the submission of KYC, valid PNDT/AERB and other related registeration documents.
Can I request delivery be made to another country
No. Deliveries can be sanctioned within India only.

What if my product has a defect post installation or is having missing parts?
Product will be replaced in case considered Dead On Arrival as certified by our authorized GE service engineer, during installation. For missing parts and short shipment, the GE service engineer will provide corrective actions.
